2023 Welcome promotion

ONE. – Organiser of the Promotion

The organisation of the promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is the responsibility of the company TESTA HOME, S.L. (hereinafter, “TESTA HOME”) with TIN B-88544267 and registered offices at C/Santiago de Compostela 94, planta 3º, 28035 Madrid. It is registered at the Companies Register of Madrid volume 40004, folio 120 and sheet M-710779.

TWO. – Object of the Promotion

The object of the Promotion is to help new tenants install themselves in a rented property so they can pay the expenses associated with moving to a new home, always provided the Conditions are met (as this term is defined below).

In this respect, the Promotion consists of granting the interested party who signs a lease (hereinafter, the “Lease”) a discount in an amount equivalent to up to 1 months rent. This discount will be applied as follows:
– For leases signed between day 1 and 15, it will be applied on day 16 of the current month.
– For leases signed between day 16 and the last day of the month, it will be applied on day 1 of the following month.

Consequently, during the application of the discount, the interested party will not be required to pay any amount in respect of rent, but solely in respect of communal expenses incurred as according to the Lease.

THREE. – Coverage area and duration of the Promotion

The Promotion will be in force from 00:00 hours on 1 October 2023 until 23:59 hours on 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (hereinafter, the “Period of Validity”), restricted to the territory of Spain.

FOUR. – Conditions for accessing the Promotion

In order to benefit from the Promotion, the following conditions must be met (the “Conditions”):

1. That, from the date of the signing of the Lease, the interested party (hereinafter, the“Tenant”) maintain this in force continuously for a minimum period of 12 months for 1 month free, 15 months for 1 month for 1 month and a half free and 18 months for 2 and 3 month free.

2. That, during the period of validity of the Lease, the Tenant is up to date with all the obligations envisaged in the Lease and, in particular, with payment of the full amount of the rent and all incurred expenses.

3. That the Tenant is not a beneficiary of other campaigns and/or promotions launched by TESTA HOME, unless TESTA HOME has expressly envisaged the possibility of accumulating these.

4. This promotion is not applicable to the renting of state-sponsored housing barring specific exceptions.
For the application of the Promotion, the interested parties will have to comply with all the Conditions mentioned in this section. In the event of failure to comply with any of the previous Conditions, the Tenant will automatically lose their right to benefit from the Promotion. Consequently, the discount will be automatically revoked retroactively and the Tenant will be required to return it to the Landlord immediately.

FIVE. – Mechanics of the Promotion

Once the Tenant has signed the lease, the discounts of the Promotion will be applied as indicated in the second provision, and will be subject to the Conditions indicated in the previous provision four.

SIX. Personal data protection

Entity responsible for Data Processing. The Entity responsible for Processing personal data within the framework of this Promotion is the entity that owns the property on which the lease is signed.

Entity entrusted with Data Processing. TESTA HOME is entrusted with data processing in the name of the entity that owns the property and as contact entity for purposes of this Promotion.

Purpose. Personal data will be processed in order to carry out actions that are necessary within the framework of the Promotion, and for the sending of any information concerning the Promotion.

Bases for data processing. The consent of the interested party and, where appropriate, the contractual relationship entered into by the parties.

Data disclosure. The data may be disclosed or made available to the authorities or relevant bodies, or, where appropriate, to service providers with which TESTA HOME collaborates. This disclosure or access are necessary to comply with the indicated purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

Third party data. If third party data are provided, the interested party guarantees they have been informed of the contents of this clause and that their authorisation has been obtained to provide their data to TESTA HOME for the aforementioned purposes. They also guarantee that the data provided are exact and up to date, being responsible for any damage or prejudice, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a consequence of failure to comply with said obligation.

Data storage. The personal data provided will be stored during the period of validity of the relationship entered into by the parties on occasion of the application of this Promotion, unless their deletion is requested and should not be eliminated as they may be required to comply with a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise and defence of claims.

Rights. The INTERESTED PARTY may exercise before TESTA HOME, if applicable, the rights of access, correction or deletion, limitation of the processing, opposition, portability and to oppose automated individual decisions. You can exercise your rights at lopd@testahome.com. You may also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

SEVEN. – Modifications and exoneration of responsibility

If the Promotion cannot be carried out due to fraud detected in it, technical errors or any other reason beyond the control of TESTA HOME and that affect its normal development, TESTA HOME reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend it.

TESTA HOME is not responsible for delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that might affect the development of the Promotion.

TESTA HOME reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the Promotion, and the power to interpret these legal bases.

Additionally, TESTA HOME shall be exempt from all responsibility if any of the cases indicated in this seventh provision were to arise, and from any responsibility for damages and prejudices that may arise during the development of the Promotion.

EIGHT. – Acceptance of these legal bases

The Tenant declares they know and accept these legal bases to subscribe to the Promotion.

NINE. – Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by Spanish common law.

Any lawsuits that may arise as a result of this Promotion will be heard by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

MGM rental promotion | Tenant recommends new tenant

ONE.- Organiser of the Promotion

The organisation of the promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is the responsibility of the company TESTA HOME, S.L. (hereinafter, “TESTA HOME”) with TIN B-88544267 and registered offices at C/Santiago de Compostela 94, planta 3º, 28035 Madrid. It is registered at the Companies Register of Madrid volume 40004, folio 120 and sheet M-710779.

TWO.- Object of the Promotion

The object of the Campaign is to apply a discount in an amount equivalent to 1 month’s rent to those tenants who recommend us to a friend or acquaintance, always provided the friend or acquaintance signs a lease. This discount will be applied as follows:

  1. First tranche: 50% of the DISCOUNT will be applied 30 days from the signing of a lease by the friend or acquaintance.
  2. Second tranche: The other 50% of the DISCOUNT will be applied in the 12th month from the date on which the first tranche of the DISCOUNT mentioned in the preceding paragraph is applied.

Accordingly, in those months in which the DISCOUNT is applicable, the Tenant will not be required to pay all the rent but only the result of applying the corresponding DISCOUNT, in addition, where appropriate, to the amount corresponding to communal expenses incurred according to the LEASE.

The TENANT may only accumulate a maximum of 3 recommendations of friends or acquaintances, per contract, each year and the discounts to be applied will be those stipulated for the maximum number of 3 recommendations of friends or acquaintances made each year. It is expressly put on record that if more than 3 recommendations are made in a year, the TENANT will not receive any additional discount.

This promotion applies to all contract holders and there may not be more than 3 promotions per year per contract.

“Year” shall be understood to be the period from  1 January to 31 December 2023 within the period of validity of the promotion.

THREE.- Coverage area and duration of the Promotion

The Promotion will be in force from 00:00 hours on 1 October 2023 until 23:59 hours on 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (hereinafter, the “Period of Validity”), and is restricted to the territory of Spain.

FOUR.- Conditions for accessing the Promotion

In order to benefit from the Promotion, the following conditions must be met (the “Conditions”):

1. That the TENANT maintain the LEASE in force, without cancelling this, until the date of application of the second tranche of the DISCOUNT. When the date of the ending of the LEASE is prior to the date of application of the second tranche of the DISCOUNT, the amount to be discounted will be reduced proportionally, unless both parties agreed to extend the LEASE (in which case the TENANT will have the right to the full amount of the DISCOUNT).

2. That, during the period of validity of the LEASE, the TENANT is up to date with the obligations agreed in this and, in particular, with payment of the full amount of the rent and expenses incurred according to the LEASE.

3. That the TENANT is not a beneficiary of other campaigns and/or promotions launched by TESTA HOME, unless TESTA HOME has expressly stated the possibility of accumulating these.

4. The person recommended will only benefit from the welcome bonus/promotion of the building of interest that is in force at that time, if they sign a lease on a rented property not subject to any kind of state-sponsored housing regime, barring specific exceptions.

5. It is a necessary condition to benefit from the MGM bonus the signing of the bonus document (with the data of the current tenant and the new tenant) before the signing of the lease. Without this signed document, the bonus will not be applied.

For the application of the Promotion, the interested parties will have to comply with all the Conditions mentioned in this section. In the event of failure to comply with any of the previous Conditions, the Tenant will automatically lose their right to benefit from the Promotion. Consequently, the discount will be automatically revoked retroactively and the Tenant will be required to return it to the Landlord immediately.

FIVE.- Mechanics of the Promotion

Once the Tenant accepts the conditions and subscribes to the Promotion, and the friend or acquaintance has signed a lease, the discounts of the Promotion will be applied as indicated in the first provision, and will be subject to the Conditions indicated in the previous provision.

Additionally, TESTA HOME shall be exempt from all responsibility if any of the cases indicated in this seventh provision were to arise, and from any responsibility for damages and prejudices that may arise during the development of the Promotion.

EIGHT.- Acceptance of these legal bases

The Tenant declares they know and accept these legal bases to subscribe to the Promotion.

NINE.- Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by Spanish common law.

Any lawsuits that may arise as a result of this Promotion will be heard by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.

MGM Sale Promotion | Tenant recommends a new buyer

ONE.- Organiser of the Campaign

The promotional campaign (hereinafter, the “Campaign”) is organised by the company TESTA HOME, S.L. (hereinafter, “TESTA HOME”), holder of Spanish corporate taxpayer identification (CIF) number B-88544267 and with registered office at Calle Santiago de Compostela 94, planta 3, 28035 – Madrid. It is registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in volume 40004, folio 120 and page M-710779.

TWO.- Purpose of the Campaign

The Campaign consists in entitling lessees who refer to us a friend or acquaintance for a home purchase to a discount equal to one month of rent, provided the friend referred to us signs a deed of purchase of one of the properties on sale. The discount will be applied as follows:
a. First tranche: 50% OF THE DISCOUNT will be applied 30 days after the signing of the deed of purchase.
b. Second tranche: The remaining 50% of the DISCOUNT will be applied in the 12th month reckoned from the date on which the first tranche of the DISCOUNT mentioned in subparagraph (a) above is applied.
Therefore, in the months in which the DISCOUNT applies, the Lessee shall not be obliged to pay the entire rent, but only the amount that results after the DISCOUNT thereon is applied, together, where applicable, with the amount of the common expenses payable by the Lessee according to the CONTRACT.
The LESSEE may only refer a maximum of three friends or acquaintances each year and the discounts to be applied shall be those stipulated for the maximum number of three referrals of friends or acquaintances made each year. The above limitation applies to all parties to the contract, where there are more than one, and no more than three promotional discounts may be accumulated per year per contract.
It is expressly agreed that if more than three referrals are made in one year, the LESSEE will receive no additional discount.
For these purposes, “year” means the period running from [**] within the life of the campaign.

THREE.- Territorial scope and timing of the Campaign

The Campaign shall come into effect from 00:00 hours of 1 October 2023 until 23:59 hours of day 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (hereinafter, the “Term”), and is limited to territorial Spain.

FOUR.- Eligibility conditions for the Campaign

To be eligible for the Campaign, the following conditions must be met (the “Conditions”):
1. That the LESSEE keeps the CONTRACT in force, without cancelling it, until the date the second tranche of the DISCOUNT applies. Where the CONTRACT termination date falls before the date the second tranche of the DISCOUNT applies, the amount to be discounted will be reduced proportionately, unless both parties agree to extend the CONTRACT (in which case, the LESSEE shall be entitled to the full amount of the DISCOUNT).
2. That during the life of the CONTRACT, the LESSEE remains current on performance of the obligations covenanted therein and, in particular, on payment of the whole of the rent and of the expenses thereby payable under the CONTRACT.
3. That the LESSEE benefits from no other promotional campaigns and/or initiatives of TESTA HOME, unless TESTA HOME expressly stipulates that they may be accumulated.
If any of the above requirements is not met, the LESSEE will automatically forfeit the right to enjoy the “MEMBERS GET MEMBER SALES” (MGMS) Campaign. Consequently, the DISCOUNT granted by the LESSOR will be automatically revoked and the LESSEE shall be obliged to repay it to the LESSOR immediately. The LESSEE expressly declares that it knows and accepts these points and recognises that the LESSEE shall not be entitled to request or claim anything from the LESSOR in this respect.
4. A necessary condition for being eligible for the MGMS discount is signature of the discount document (with the particulars of the current tenant and the new buyer) before the purchase contract is signed. If said document has not been signed, the discount will not apply.
For the Campaign to apply, the interested parties will have to fulfil all of the Conditions mentioned in this section. If any one of the above Conditions is not met, the Lessee shall automatically forfeit the right to benefit from the Campaign. Consequently, the discount granted will be automatically revoked retroactively and the Lessee obliged to repay it to the Lessor immediately.

FIVE.- Mechanics of the Campaign

Once the Lessee has accepted the conditions and signs up for the Campaign, and the friend or acquaintance signs the purchase contract, the Campaign discounts will be applied as specified in clause one, subject to the Conditions set out in the preceding clause.

SIX.- Protection of personal data

Controller of the Processing. The Controller of the Processing of the personal data within the context of this Campaign is the corporate owner of the property with which the lease contract is signed.
Data Processor. TESTA HOME is the processor of the data on behalf of the corporate owner of the property and the contact entity for the purposes of this Campaign.
Purpose. The personal data will be processed in order to carry out all actions that are needed in the context of the Campaign and to send any information in relation to the Campaign.
Basis for processing the data. The data subject’s consent and, if applicable, the contractual relationship formalised between the Parties.
Disclosure of data. The data may be disclosed or made available to competent authorities or bodies or, if applicable, to service providers with whom TESTA HOME works. Such disclosure or access is necessary for pursuing the stated purposes or is done to fulfil a legal obligation.
Third-party data. Where data of third parties are provided, the data subject warrants that he or she has been informed of the terms of this clause and his or her authorisation has been obtained to provide his or her data to TESTA HOME for the aforesaid purposes. The data subject likewise warrants that the data provided are accurate and up to date and accepts liability for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may be occasioned by a breach of that obligation.
Data storage. The personal data provided will be stored during the life of the relationship between the parties in relation to the application of this Campaign, for so long as their erasure is not requested and there is no obligation to remove them because they are needed to fulfil a legal obligation, or to prepare, file or defend claims.
Rights. The data subject may exercise before TESTA HOME, if applicable, the rights of access, rectification or erasure, limitation of the processing, opposition, portability and objection to automated individual decision-making. You may exercise your rights at lopd@testahome.com. You may likewise bring a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

In the event the Campaign cannot be carried out, whether due to the detection of fraud in the Campaign, technical errors or any other reason that is beyond the control of TESTA HOME and that affects the ordinary pursuit of the Campaign, TESTA HOME reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Campaign.
TESTA HOME bears no liability for delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the ordinary pursuit of the Campaign.
TESTA HOME reserves the right to suspend, halt, postpone or extend the term of the Campaign, as well as the right to interpret these base legal terms and conditions.
TESTA HOME shall likewise bear no liability if there occur any of the events provided for in this clause seven, nor any liability for such damages and losses as may be occasioned during the pursuit of the Campaign.

EIGHT.- Acceptance of these base legal terms and conditions

The Lessee declares that it knows and accepts these base legal terms and conditions for signing up for the Campaign.

NINE.- Governing law and jurisdiction

This Campaign is governed by Spanish legislation.
Jurisdiction to hear such litigation as may arise in relation to this Campaign rests with the Courts and Judges of Madrid, with express waiver of any other forum to which the parties may be entitled.

MGM Sale Promotion | Owner recommends a new buyer

ONE.- Organiser of the Campaign

The promotional campaign (hereinafter, the “Campaign”) is organised by the company TESTA HOME, S.L. (hereinafter, “TESTA HOME”), holder of Spanish corporate taxpayer identification (CIF) number B-88544267 and with registered office at Calle Santiago de Compostela 94, planta 3, 28035 – Madrid. It is registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in volume 40004, folio 120 and page M-710779.

TWO.- Purpose of the Campaign

The purpose of the Campaign is to give a new owner who acquires one of the homes on sale, once it has been acquired (“CURRENT OWNER”), a gift card from El Corte Inglés worth FIVE HUNDRED EUROS (€500) (hereinafter, the “Gift Card”) for referring a friend who signs a deed of purchase to acquire one of the properties on sale (“REFERRED OWNER”).
The Gift Card will be applied in the following manner:
• The Gift Card will be delivered to the CURRENT OWNER [include how and when the card will be delivered] once the deed of purchase of the property has been signed.

The CURRENT OWNER may only refer a maximum of three friends or acquaintances each year and the gift cards to be delivered shall be those stipulated for the maximum number of three referrals of friends or acquaintances made each year. The above limitation applies to all of the buyers, where there are more than one, so that no more than three gift cards may be accumulated per year for each purchase contract signed.
It is expressly agreed that if more than three referrals are made in one year, the CURRENT OWNER will receive no additional gift card.
For these purposes, “year” means the period running from 1 January to 31 December within the life of the campaign.

THREE.- Territorial scope and timing of the Campaign

The Campaign shall come into effect from 00:00 hours of 1 October 2023 until 23:59 hours of day 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (hereinafter, the “Term”), and is limited to territorial Spain.

FOUR.- Eligibility conditions for the Campaign

To be eligible for the Campaign, the following conditions must be met (the “Conditions”):
1. That the FRIEND has formally executed the PURCHASE.
2. That neither the CURRENT OWNER nor the REFERRED OWNER has brought any action or claim against the corporate owner of the property, whether before or after the PURCHASE.
If any of the above requirements is not met, the CURRENT OWNER will automatically forfeit the right to enjoy the “MEMBERS GET MEMBER CONDO SALES” Campaign, and the CURRENT OWNER expressly states that he or she knows and accepts this point and recognises that he or she will not have anything to request or claim from TESTA HOME in this respect.

FIVE.- Mechanics of the Campaign

Once the CURRENT OWNER has accepted the conditions and signs up for the Campaign, and the friend or acquaintance signs the purchase contract, the Campaign gift card will be applied as specified in clause one, subject to the Conditions set out in the preceding clause.

Controller of the Processing. The Controller of the Processing of the personal data within the context of this Campaign is the corporate owner of the property with which the lease contract is signed.
Data Processor. TESTA HOME is the processor of the data on behalf of the corporate owner of the property and the contact entity for the purposes of this Campaign.
Purpose. The personal data will be processed in order to carry out all actions that are needed in the context of the Campaign and to send any information in relation to the Campaign.
Basis for processing the data. The data subject’s consent and, if applicable, the contractual relationship formalised between the Parties.
Disclosure of data. The data may be disclosed or made available to competent authorities or bodies or, if applicable, to service providers with whom TESTA HOME works. Such disclosure or access is necessary for pursuing the stated purposes or is done to fulfil a legal obligation.
Third-party data. Where data of third parties are provided, the data subject warrants that he or she has been informed of the terms of this clause and his or her authorisation has been obtained to provide his or her data to TESTA HOME for the aforesaid purposes. The data subject likewise warrants that the data provided are accurate and up to date and accepts liability for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may be occasioned by a breach of that obligation.
Data storage. The personal data provided will be stored during the life of the relationship between the parties in relation to the application of this Campaign, for so long as their erasure is not requested and there is no obligation to remove them because they are needed to fulfil a legal obligation, or to prepare, file or defend claims.

MGM Promotion extended

ONE. – Organiser of the Promotion

The organisation of the promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) is the responsibility of the company TESTA HOME, S.L. (hereinafter, “TESTA HOME”) with TIN B-88544267 and registered offices at C/Santiago de Compostela 94, planta 3º, 28035 Madrid. It is registered at the Companies Register of Madrid volume 40004, folio 120 and sheet M-710779.

TWO. – Object of the Promotion

The object of the campaign is to pay those co-owners (hereinafter, “Co-owners”) of the buildings indicated in point three below, held under a horizontal ownership regime (community of owners) with any of the companies managed and administered by TESTA HOME, that recommend a friend or acquaintance to us in order to rent one of the properties in the same building in which they are co-owner, Community Expenses of up to €300, always provided the friend recommended to us signs a lease. This amount will be paid on the monthly payment date following the date on which the friend signs the lease in the manner indicated in point five below.
The Co-owner may only accumulate a maximum of 3 recommendations of friends or acquaintances during the period of validity of the promotion, in other words, from 00:00 hours on 1 October 2023 until 23:59 hours on 31 October 2023.

THREE. – Coverage area and duration of the Promotion

The Promotion will be in force from 00:00 hours on 1 October 2023 until 23:59 hours on 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (hereinafter, the “Period of Validity”), and is restricted to the co-owners of the buildings indicated below:

FOUR. – Conditions for accessing the Promotion

In order to benefit from the Promotion, the following conditions must be met (the “Conditions”):
1. That the Co-owner certify their condition of legal owner of one of the properties located in the buildings indicated in point 3 above of which the companies managed by Testa Home are also owners, and that are held under a horizontal ownership regime. For these purposes, a certificate issued by the Administrator of the Community indicating this situation shall suffice sent to the following email addresses mjimenez@testahome.com; javier.rodriguez@fidere.es
2. That, in the certificate issued by the Administrator of the Community, the amount of the corresponding Community payment is indicated.
3. That the friend or acquaintance recommended sign a lease with one of the companies managed or administered by TESTA HOME.

FIVE. – Mechanics of the Promotion

Once the friend or acquaintance has signed the lease and the document stipulated in point four above has been provided, TESTA HOME will deliver to the Co-owner, in the month following the date of the signing of the lease, a nominative cheque in the name of the Community of Owners in an amount of up to €300, that will be sent to the Administrator of the Community in order to satisfy the community expenses corresponding to the co-owner up to said amount.

SIX. Personal data protection

Entity responsible for Data Processing The Entity responsible for Processing personal data within the framework of this Promotion is the entity that owns the property on which the lease is signed.

Entity charged with Data Processing. TESTA HOME is charged with data processing in the name of the entity that owns the property and as contact entity for purposes of this Promotion.

Purpose. Personal data will be processed in order to carry out actions that are necessary within the framework of the Promotion, and for the sending of any information concerning the Promotion.

Bases for data processing. The consent of the interested party and, where appropriate, the contractual relationship entered into by the parties.

Data disclosure. The data may be disclosed or made available to the authorities or relevant bodies, or, where appropriate, to service providers with which TESTA HOME collaborates. This disclosure or access are necessary to comply with the indicated purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

Third party data If third party data are provided, the interested party guarantees they have informed them of the contents of this clause and have obtained their authorisation to provide their data to TESTA HOME for the aforementioned purposes. They also guarantee that the data provided are exact and up to date, being responsible for any damage or prejudice, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a consequence of failure to comply with said obligation.

Data storage The personal data provided will be stored during the period of validity of the relationship entered into by the parties on occasion of the application of this Promotion, unless their deletion is requested and should not be eliminated as being necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise and defence of claims.

Rights. The INTERESTED PARTY may exercise before TESTA HOME, if applicable, the rights of access, correction or deletion, limitation of the processing, opposition, portability and to oppose automated individual decisions. You can exercise your rights at lopd@testahome.com. Your may also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

SEVEN. – Modifications and exoneration of responsibility

If the Promotion cannot be carried out due to fraud detected in it, technical errors or any other reason beyond the control of TESTA HOME and that affect its normal development, TESTA HOME reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend it.
TESTA HOME is not responsible for delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that might affect the development of the Promotion.
TESTA HOME reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, postpone or extend the period of the Promotion, and the power to interpret these legal bases.
Additionally, TESTA HOME shall be exempt from all responsibility if any of the cases indicated in this seventh provision were to arise, and from any responsibility for damages and prejudices that may arise during the development of the Promotion.

EIGHT. – Acceptance of these legal bases

The beneficiary of the promotion hereby declares they know and accept these legal bases to subscribe to the Promotion.

NINE. – Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by Spanish common law.
Any lawsuits that may arise as a result of this Promotion will be heard by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
